Heather & JR: Watercolor beach wedding invitations with a wedding map
Save the Dates: Heather and JR were getting married at the sunny Florida Keys at Fort Zachary Taylor and they wanted their wedding invitations to say “we are getting married on the beach”. Their Save the Date cards were post cards with a handpainted beach scene on the front with palm trees, starfish and a sunset.
Wedding Invitations: After sending out the Save the Dates, I got started working on their invitation suite. Heather and JR loved the look of watercolor beach wedding invitations with a handpainted ombre brushstroke and they also liked the idea of adding a handpainted wedding map. The map of Fort Zachary Taylor in the Key West is one one my favorite elements- it features the beautiful wedding venue of Casa Marina, palm trees, and star fish. The perfect beach wedding invitation suite with a little surprise on the envelope liner!
