A watercolor property map is more than a painting for your walls, it becomes a family heirloom that captures a moment in time.
Home is where all the magic happens. It’s the center of our own universe, our families, our relationships. Over the years I had the honor to create dozens of large-scale property paintings. My goal is to capture the essence of the property while zooming in on all the important details.
HOW IT WORKS
Given the personal nature of property maps, I prefer to visit the property myself. This allows me to truly experience the space and all its details. During a visit, I create a to-scale sketch that will guide the final painting. We will go over the sketch in great detail together to make sure it’s on the right track. For a private family estate, we further add all the significant memories and family moments that make the property so special.
The timeline for the completion of the painting can range between 3 and 6 months. It really depends on the scale and my current schedule. If you’d like a digital copy and/or art reproductions of the original, I will be happy to arrange that for you!
Most watercolor property maps are done on a larger scale, from 22″ X 30″ all the way to 40″ X 60″. They’re handpainted on a premium watercolor paper, and with proper framing behind glass, last for generations and generations to come.

Who is the map for?
I work with both private property owners and businesses on crafting the perfect map for their property. This includes: family estate, ranches, vineyards, property development, parks, farms, orchards, resorts and more!
How long does the process take?
Typically, I complete the painting within 4-7 months, depending on my current schedule and the time of the year.
When do you travel to visit properties?
I prefer to travel in the warmer months of the year (May-October) when nature is at its best and I can highlight its beauty into the painting.
Can I get a digital or a physical copy of the painting?
Yes! The original painting can be art captured and digitized. We can further resize the digital file and print as many copies as you need. (Both smaller and larger). You will always get the original painting as well.
