Flipper Bend is a stunning mountain community nestled in the mountains of Signal Mountain, TN and I had the honor to create a special legacy map for it! The community features dozens of incredible homes, 2 hiking trails, overlooks, pool and a pool house, a clubhouse, and a community garden. This place is also special for another reason- it’s located only 20 minutes from my own home! I was able to visit the property handful of times, hike the trails and enjoy the stunning views this property has to offer.
Since the property is buzzing with life, I fused a lot of moments into the map- kids enjoying the pool and riding their bicycles, hikers on the trails, a bear (that actually lives there!) hiding in the woods and many more. Adding slices of life is always my favorite part of the process! But to be honest, painting those tiny houses was incredibly delightful, too.
